Tea... There is so much more to tea than what we have become accustomed to - tea bags filled with 'Orange Pekoe'. Don't be afraid of loose leaf, it isn't difficult to brew and there are no rules (! only guidelines) remember that next time a 'Tea Snob' tells you that you're doing it all wrong. Buy some leaves, experiment with brewing times and whether or not you like sugar / milk in the mix.
