While in Hong Kong we took a Chinese Tea master class at the Lock Cha Tea Shop in the Admiralty Tea House.

Over the course of this multi part series we learn all about the various types of Chinese tea. This of course just scratches the surface, and if you are serious about tea make the trek here for yourself.
