Spicy Sugar Rubbed Ribeye
Byron is out in the backyard cooking up some great rib-eye steaks using this spicy sugar rub that you can make ahead and store until needed. We also pair some beer with the meal.
Spicy Rub
Ingredients:
¼ cup Cayenne Pepper 50ml
¼ cup Sugar 50ml
¼ cup Garlic Powder 50ml
¼ cup Pepper (white) 50ml
Salt to taste
Method:
1)Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix until fully blended
2)Store in an air tight container
3)When ready rub onto steaks, grill
