Lamb & Rosemary

Lamb & Rosemary are a great combo! This is a fantastic lazy Sunday afternoon BBQ meal.
Ingredients:
6tbsp Honey 90ml
6tbsp Dijon Mustard 90ml
6tbsp Olive Oil 90ml
6tbsp Rosemary Chopped 90ml
4Garlic Cloves,minced
3 Shallots, minced
1tsp Salt 5ml
½ tsp Ground Pepper 2ml
1 Grated zest of lemon
2tbsp Lemon juice 25ml
Method:
1)In a bowl combine honey, mustard, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, shallots, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
1.2)Smear onto Lamb, let stand for 15mins
Place on medium heat, Rotisserie for 75-90 mins.
