Cajun BBQ and Grill Spice Rub Recipe

You could buy a spice rub like this ready-made at the grocery store... but why would you? This is so easy, and you can make changes to suit your taste. Plus you'll now have a signature spice rub, making you the envy of all the 'Grill Meisters' on your street.
You can easily scale this up, and keep it in an airtight container for 3 months.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp kosher (coarse) salt
- 1 tbsp paprika (sweet, but you could use hot)
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp hot mustard powder
- 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp dry onion flakes
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp dry sage
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
Method:
- Measure all ingredients into an airtight container and shake to mix.
