Beer Can Chicken Recipe

BBQ grilled beer can chicken recipe video
Beer Can Chicken is a perennial favourite at BBQ’s and cookouts every summer, with the introduction of the Poultry Pal cooking it has never been easier or more flavourful.

Spice Rub Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Chile Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
.25 Cup Olive Oil

Method:
Mix ingredients thoroughly and rub liberally on the outside of your chicken.
Pour a bottle of your favourite beer in base of the Poultry Pal.
Place chicken on the Poultry Pal.

You can cook on your grill or in your oven at 350ºf for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours. Internal temp of the thigh should be 180ºf

We used the Poultry Pal and the German Grill in this recipe.
