Dutch Baby Pancake Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp orange zest
2 tbl sugar
6 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (How to make Vanilla Extract)
3 tbl unsalted butter
Powdered sugar, for serving

Method:
Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
Place a large cast iron fry pan in the oven to preheat, at least 5 minutes.
Combine flour, salt, and orange zest in a large bowl and whisk; set aside. Combine eggs, milk, and vanilla in a separate bowl and whisk well.
Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture, pour in the egg mixture, and mix.
Remove the skillet from the oven and add the butter.
Once the butter melts, pour the batter into the skillet and bake in the oven until puffed and golden brown on the sides, about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
