Basic White Bread Recipe
This is a super easy loaf to start out with, and hone your skills as a bread-maker. The short rise time does not allow for huge flavour development, but it still better than most store bought breads.

Ingredients:
-1 Pkg dry yeast
-1/4 cup lukewarm water (115˚f / 40˚c)
-1/2 teaspoon sugar
-3/4 cup scalded milk
-3/4 cup cool water
-4 teaspoons sugar
-2 teaspoons butter
-4 1/2 cups unbleached bread flour
Oven 375˚f / 190˚c
Follow the directions in the video.
Yields 2 loaves.
